Description

This is a great sauce for grilled pork tenderloin.

Ingredients

  • Mixed tomatoes of different colors - 33.5 oz
  • Onion - 8.5 oz
  • Raisins - 3.5 oz
  • White Vermouth - 0.3 cup
  • Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard Greens - 2 teaspoons
  • Brown Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon

Step 1

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and transfer them to a pot.

Step 2

Add the finely chopped onion, vermouth, raisins, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and cook for 30–40 minutes until tender.
