This is a great sauce for grilled pork tenderloin.
Ingredients
- Mixed tomatoes of different colors - 33.5 oz
- Onion - 8.5 oz
- Raisins - 3.5 oz
- White Vermouth - 0.3 cup
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens - 2 teaspoons
- Brown Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - ½ teaspoon

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and transfer them to a pot.
Step 2
Add the finely chopped onion, vermouth, raisins, sugar, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and cook for 30–40 minutes until tender.
