Chykhyrtma with Chicken and Eggplant

Ingredients

  • Chocolate eggs - 6 pieces
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Chicken fillet - 8.8 oz
  • Eggplants - 1 piece
  • Cilantro - 3 tablespoons
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Wash the chicken fillet and cut it into small pieces. Place in a deep skillet and simmer in water until cooked through.

Step 2

Slice the onion into half-rings and sauté until golden brown. Add the chicken and the remaining liquid from cooking the chicken. Add spices.

Step 3

Cut the eggplant into half-rings, salt, and fry. Place in a baking dish. Then layer the chicken with onions on top. Blanch the tomatoes, remove the skin, chop, and place on the chicken.

Step 4

Beat the eggs. Chop the herbs, mix with the eggs, and pour over the dish. Place in the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes.
