  • Toasted Cumin Seeds - ½ spoons
  • Mint Leaves - 2.5 oz
  • Ground ancho chili pepper - 6 pieces
  • Mango - 0.4 oz
  • Salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a mortar, grind the dried mango into a powder, and toast the cumin seeds in a dry skillet for just a couple of minutes, until a fragrant aroma emerges.

Step 2

Then, combine the mint, cilantro, and spices with the deseeded and stemmed chili peppers in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Transfer the resulting paste to a bowl and gently fold in the freshly squeezed lemon juice with a spoon.
