Ingredients

  • Dried cranberries with sugar - 15.9 oz
  • Red port - 10 fl oz
  • Raw cane sugar - 4.1 oz
  • Orange juice concentrate - 4 fl oz
  • Corn Starch - 1 teaspoon
  • English Dry Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground clove - a pinch
  • Chopped almonds - 1.9 oz
  • Orange zest - 1 tablespoon
  • Light Raisins, Seedless - 2.6 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Citrus Zest Mix - 1 teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine cranberries, port wine, sugar, and orange juice. Place over medium heat and cook for about 10 minutes, until the berries start to burst.

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the cornstarch, mustard, lemon juice, and cloves. Add a little water to form a paste. Add the paste to the berries.

Step 3

Then add the raisins, almonds, and citrus zests. Season with salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Cool.
