- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Shallot - 2 pieces
- Parsley - ⅓ bunch
- Mussels - 14.1 oz
- Dry White Wine - 1 cup
- 10% cream - 1 fl oz
- Red Curry Powder - ½ tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a pan and add finely chopped shallots, garlic, and parsley. Mix well and add the cleaned and scrubbed mussels.
Step 2
Pour in the white wine and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook for a while until the mussels open.
Step 3
Add the cream, sprinkle with curry, and add a bit more butter. Mix well, season with salt if necessary, and serve the mussels drizzled with the sauce.
