Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 26.5 oz
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour - 8.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 10 pieces
- Salt - 0.2 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dry White Wine - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour, mound it up, make a well in the center, add the wine, eggs, and salt. Knead the dough, adding water if necessary. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in a damp towel, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Make farfalle (butterflies) pasta. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 2 mm, cut into squares of 3 x 3 cm, then pinch the center with your fingers.
Step 3
Dust the finished pasta with flour and let it dry on a wooden board, then it can be used immediately or frozen.
