Ingredients
- Chicken Drumstick - 17.6 oz
- White bread - 1.8 oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Onion - 1.8 oz
- Cream - 1 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Ground Breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Soak the bread in milk.
Step 3
Finely chop the fillet, mix it with the bread and fried onions, and chop once more with a knife.
Step 4
Incorporate 40 grams of grated frozen butter and cream into the minced meat. Mix well and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Shape the minced meat into patties. Coat them in breadcrumbs.
Step 6
Then brush the top with melted butter. Fry on both sides in a skillet with butter or bake at 356°F for 12–15 minutes.
