Ingredients
- Salmon - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Thyme - 5 sprigs
- Fresh Rose Hips - 1 sprig
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Brush the fish with olive oil.
Step 2
Add soy sauce.
Step 3
Let the steak marinate for about 5 minutes.
Step 4
Place it on a hot, dry skillet.
Step 5
Add a few more drops of soy sauce on top.
Step 6
After 3–4 minutes, flip it over.
Step 7
Season with ground pepper. Lower the heat slightly.
Step 8
After 3 minutes, flip the fish, placing herbs underneath.
Step 9
After 2 minutes, flip it over and remove from heat. Let it rest under a lid for 5 minutes.
