A little bartender secret: the less vodka in this cocktail, the tastier it becomes.
Ingredients
- Vodka - 2 fl oz
- Spiced Tomato Juice - 4 fl oz
- TABASCO® - 0 fl oz
- Celery stalk - ½ pieces
- Worcestershire Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Basil - 3 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Marinated cherries - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour vodka and tomato juice into a glass, add Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and lemon juice. Add a quarter of a celery stalk and basil, and muddle together. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Pour into another glass with six to seven ice cubes, and repeat the process about seven to eight times, lifting the cocktail glass high so that the drink not only cools down but also becomes infused with oxygen.
Step 3
Pour into a glass filled with ice, insert a pointed piece of celery, and garnish with a cherry tomato on a skewer.
