- Bacardi Lemon Rum - 1 fl oz
- Orange bitters - 1 fl oz
- Orange juice concentrate - 0 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- Pineapple - 2.6 oz
- Raspberry leaves - 7 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Muddle the pineapple in a shaker along with six raspberries. Add ice, pour in the rum, liqueur, orange juice, and lemon juice. Shake well.
Step 2
Strain through a strainer into a chilled glass. Garnish with raspberries.
