- Aperol aperitif - 1 fl oz
- Tequila - 1 fl oz
- Scottish blended whisky - 0 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in the red and dry vermouth, Aperol, tequila, and whiskey. Stir with a bar spoon.
Step 2
Strain into a glass with a piece of ice. Garnish with grapefruit zest.
