Description
This is not the classic version of the 'Matador' that includes pineapple and lime juice, but the combination of flavors makes cilantro a natural ingredient for cocktails with tequila, just like lime or salt.
Ingredients
- Tequila - 1 fl oz
- White Vermouth - 0 fl oz
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup - 2 spoons
- Cilantro - 1 stalk
- Celery Bitters - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For serving, you will need an ice ball with a diameter of about 7 cm: it can be carved from a block of ice using a regular knife with a short blade.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients, except for the cilantro, in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
