- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Milk - 3 tablespoons
- Spices - to taste
- Veal - 14.1 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 6 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 3 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a skillet, melt the butter, add the flour, milk, and spices.
Step 2
In another skillet, sauté the finely chopped veal with the mushrooms, pour in the prepared sauce, and simmer everything together for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, place in the oven directly in the skillet, and bake for 10 minutes at 392°F.
Step 4
Serve cut into portions.
