Ingredients
- Cod fillet - 12.7 oz
- Carrot - 2.1 oz
- Courgette - 2.1 oz
- Soy Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Sesame Oil - 0 fl oz
- Mizukan Sauce - 0 fl oz
- Cilantro - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Fish Oil - 2 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, mitsukan, and fish broth, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Julienne the carrots and zucchini, then pour the sauce over them and let marinate for 5–10 minutes.
Step 3
Place the cod on parchment paper, pour the marinade with vegetables over it, add herbs, and fold the parchment into an envelope. Send it to the oven preheated to 356°F for 7–10 minutes.
