  • Cod fillet - 17.6 oz
  • Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Horseradish Leaves - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - 0.3 oz
  • Sugar - 0.3 oz
  • Parsley - 0.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Rub the cod with salt and sugar, spread part of the sour cream and horseradish on it, and bake in the oven.

Step 2

Before serving, drizzle the baked fish with the remaining sour cream mixed with horseradish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
