- Marinated cherries - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz

- Starch film - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- White Pepper (whole) - a pinch
- Champagne Vinegar - 2 teaspoons
- Basmati rice - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 437°F and prepare a baking dish.
Step 2
Boil rice for 4 servings (about 250 g).
Step 3
Finely chop 0.5–1 onion. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a small pot and sauté the onion for 2 minutes. Then add 1 cup of cream, 100 ml of water, 2 teaspoons of starch, 1.5 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, and 2 pinches of white pepper to the pot. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly on low heat for about 2 more minutes.
Step 4
Season 2 packs of cod fillets with salt and white pepper, place them in the baking dish. Pour the prepared sauce over the fish and bake in the oven on the middle rack for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Peel 1–2 carrots and grate them into a large bowl. Add diced kohlrabi. Chop the lettuce into small pieces. Halve one pack of cherry tomatoes and add them to the other vegetables. Dress the salad with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 2 teaspoons of white wine vinegar, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of black pepper.
Step 6
Serve the fish with rice, sauce, and salad.
