  • Cod fillet - 14.1 oz
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Turnips - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Parsley - ½ bunch
  • Mayonnaise - 3.5 oz
  • Dill - ½ bunch
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash all vegetables and herbs, peel, finely chop, and sauté in a pan with vegetable oil.

Step 2

Transfer the prepared vegetables to pots, place the cut cod fillet on top, season with salt and pepper, pour mayonnaise over it, and bake in the oven.
