Ingredients

  • Cilantro - 0.7 oz
  • Cod fillet - 28.2 oz
  • Lemon - 3.5 oz
  • Ocean salt - 0.4 oz
  • Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - 0.4 oz
  • Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
  • Grapefruits - 7.1 oz
  • Cucumbers - 7.1 oz
  • Lingonberry - 2 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Season the cod fillet with salt, coat the entire surface with lingonberry syrup, squeeze the juice from half a lemon, and sprinkle with grated lemon zest.

Step 2

Grill the prepared fillet until cooked or bake in the oven at 356°F for 15–20 minutes.

Step 3

Dice the vegetables into small cubes (3–4 mm), separate the grapefruit flesh from the membranes, finely chop the cilantro, combine everything, add salt and olive oil.

Step 4

Divide the cooked fish into portions and serve with the salsa.
