- Salad Potatoes - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 16 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the fish in salted water until cooked, then cool. Boil the potatoes, cool, and peel.
Step 2
Cut the fish and potatoes into slices and layer them alternately in a baking dish, sprinkle with finely chopped onion, and pour over a mixture of 100 grams of melted butter, 2 beaten eggs, and 480 ml of milk. Bake in the oven at 392°F until done. Serve with green peas.
