Ingredients

  • Cod Liver - 1 can
  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Cheshire Cheese - 5.3 oz
  • Hazelnut - 3 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mash the cod liver (drained) with a fork.

Step 2

Wash the cucumber, peel it, and chop it very finely.

Step 3

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Step 4

Combine all the ingredients, add the nuts, dress with the liquid, and gently mix.

Step 5

If desired, you can dress it with mayonnaise. In this case, do not use the liquid from the can.
