Cod Liver Salad

Ingredients

  • Canned cod liver - 8.8 oz
  • Canned Mushroom Soup - 5.3 oz
  • Potato - 1 piece
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Lemon - ½ piece
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Dill - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the eggs and potato.

Step 2

Peel the boiled potato and onion, cut the potato into cubes, and chop the onion. Remove the cod liver from the can and cut it into small pieces.

Step 3

Peel the eggs, separating the whites from the yolks. Crumble the yolks and combine them in a bowl with the liver, potato, onion, and green peas.

Step 4

Cut the lemon into wedges. Finely chop the egg whites. Drizzle the salad with vegetable oil, season with salt and pepper. Mix well, serve on individual plates. Top with egg whites and garnish with lemon wedges. You can decorate with sprigs of dill.
