Description
If you want a not too fatty salad, this amount of ingredients is quite sufficient, but you can use two cans of liver for a richer fish flavor. The amount of onion and peas can also be adjusted as needed. We recommend dressing with the same oil from the can, but you can choose not to dress it at all or use olive oil.
Ingredients
- Cod Liver - 1 can
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 1 can
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Drain 0.5 can of peas (no aquafaba needed).
Step 3
Cut the cucumbers lengthwise, then crosswise into half-rings.
Step 4
Place the sliced cucumbers in a bowl with the peas.
Step 5
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 6
Add the chopped onion to the bowl with the salad.
Step 7
Carefully open the liver.
Step 8
Place the pieces on a plate, saving the oil.
Step 9
Cut the liver into small pieces (as desired).
Step 10
Add to the bowl with the vegetables.
Step 11
Add pepper.
Step 12
Dress the salad with the liver oil.
Step 13
Mix and serve.
