Cod Liver Tartare
Ingredients
- Cod Liver - 2.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 0.7 oz
- Iceberg Lettuce - 1.8 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 0.7 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 0.7 oz
- Chives - 0 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the egg and cut it into small cubes. Peel the cucumber, and also cut the tomato and pepper into cubes.
Step 2
Slice the cod liver. Finely chop the lettuce.
Step 3
On a serving plate, place the lettuce, then top with the cod liver, and drizzle with olive oil. Serve the chopped vegetables and the chicken egg alongside. Serve the mayonnaise separately. Garnish with chives.
