- Dry White Wine - 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sour Cream - 1 can
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the fish into pieces, rub with lemon, salt, and pepper, drizzle with oil, place in a greased pan, and put in the oven.
Step 2
When the fish is browned, add wine and a little water, stew for about 5 minutes, then pour sour cream over the fish and keep in the oven for another 5–7 minutes.
