Ingredients
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 4 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Cod fillet - 17.6 oz

- Vegetable Oil - 4 tablespoons

- Tomato Puree - 1.8 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Green Peas - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the chopped parsley and crushed garlic in vegetable oil, then add pieces of fish about half an inch thick, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Cover the dish with a lid and simmer the fish until cooked through. Then add a bit of diluted tomato puree or several peeled and chopped tomatoes and cook for a few more minutes.
Step 2
Separately, simmer the peas in butter, place the cooked fish on top, and drizzle with the resulting sauce.
