- Shallot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice - 4 pieces
- Herbs - 1 bunch

- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the shallot, onion, and herbs, and mix them together. Cut the small chili peppers in half.
Step 2
Place the pieces of fish fillet on 4 rectangular sheets of foil. Season with salt and pepper, then top with herbs and chili peppers. Drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 3
