Ingredients
- Cod - 14.1 oz
- Pumpkin - 7.1 oz
- Bacon - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Cream - 5 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into half rings.
Step 2
Cut the pumpkin into small cubes.
Step 3
Use paper towels to remove excess moisture from the cod.
Step 4
Cut the fish into small pieces.
Step 5
Add salt.
Step 6
Add pepper to taste.
Step 7
Cut the bacon into thin strips.
Step 8
Fry in a dry skillet and remove.
Step 9
In the same skillet, sauté the onion with a little sunflower oil. Remove.

Sauté the pumpkin in the same skillet and also remove.
Step 11
Fry the cod on both sides until cooked. Transfer to a separate container.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Reduce the heat and pour the cream into the skillet.

Add the cheese.

Add all the ingredients.

Gently mix, cooking for 1 minute until the cheese melts.
