Ingredients

  • 1% Kefir - 1¼ glasses
  • Herbed Tofu - 1.8 oz
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Bananas - 1 piece
  • Instant coffee - 2 spoons
  • Ice - 2 pieces
  • Ground Cinnamon - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a blender, combine the milk, tofu, peeled and chopped banana, 1 tablespoon of sugar, coffee, and ice. Blend until smooth, adding more sugar if needed.

Step 2

Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
