- Herbed Tofu - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - to taste
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Instant coffee - 2 spoons
- Ice - 2 pieces
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine the milk, tofu, peeled and chopped banana, 1 tablespoon of sugar, coffee, and ice. Blend until smooth, adding more sugar if needed.
Step 2
Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve immediately.
