- Onion - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Coho salmon fillet - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Pickled Chanterelles - 17.6 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the coho salmon, cut off the head, open the belly, and remove the central bone. You can use ready-made fillets. Rinse the fish thoroughly. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chopped dill on both sides.
Step 2
For the filling, finely chop the onion, grate the carrot on a coarse grater, and slice the mushrooms.
Step 3
Sauté the mushrooms in vegetable oil first, then add the carrot and onion. Season the filling with salt and sauté until cooked.
Step 4
Place one part of the coho salmon skin-side down on a greased baking tray. Spread the filling on top of the fillet and cover with the second fillet. Bake in the oven at 392°F for 45 minutes.
