- Carrot - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Coho salmon fillet - 10.6 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1.1 oz
- Cheese Spread - 2.8 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.4 oz
- Salt - to taste

Prepare all necessary ingredients.

Slice the onion into half-rings.

Transfer the onion to a frying pan and add clarified butter.

Sauté until golden brown.

Grate the carrot.

Add it to the onion.
