Cold Green Bean Salad
Ingredients
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 10 pieces
- Kalamata olives - 10 pieces
- Chinese green beans - 10.6 oz
- Marinated cherries - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 fl oz
- Herbes de Provence - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the green beans in salted water, then cool them down.
Step 2
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, season with salt, drizzle with olive oil, place on a baking sheet, and put in a preheated oven for about 4–5 minutes. Cool down.
Step 3
Cut the olives and black olives in half.
Step 4
Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, salt, black pepper, herbes de Provence, and lemon juice.
Step 5
Combine all the ingredients and dress the salad.
