  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Celery salt - a pinch
  • Green Papaya - 11.5 oz
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Spanish onions - ½ piece

Finely shred the cabbage to make 1.5 cups. Peel the carrot and grate it on a coarse grater. Thinly slice the onion.

Step 2
