- Carrot - 3 pieces
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Celery salt - 7.1 oz
- Pistachios - 1.8 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 1 cup
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Toast the pine nuts in a non-stick skillet.
Step 2
Peel the carrots and apples. Grate them into thin strips. Also, grate the celery root.
Step 3
Wash the lemon, zest it, and then cut it in half to squeeze out the juice. Pour 1 tablespoon of lemon juice into a bowl, add the yogurt and almond paste. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Place the vegetables in a bowl, add the dressing, raisins, and mix. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 5
Sprinkle with pine nuts and grated lemon zest. Serve immediately.
