Ingredients
- Green Papaya - 9.9 oz
- Eggplants - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Arugula - 0.7 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Natural Yogurt - 4.2 oz
- Sumac - to taste
- Garlic - 0.2 oz
- Pink Himalayan Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide

Thinly slice the eggplant.

Shred the cabbage.
