Ingredients
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Flaky sea salt - a pinch
- Courgette - 7.1 oz
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chili jam - 1 teaspoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Champagne Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- White Cabbage - 3.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a skillet with a pinch of coarse sea salt.
Step 2
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and add it to the oil.
Step 3
Season with pepper and salt.
Step 4
After 3–4 minutes, stir, reduce the heat to medium. Add chili sauce and tomato paste. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

In a deep bowl, place the sour cream.

Add the mayonnaise.

Add the mustard and wine vinegar.

Mix thoroughly.
