- Green Tagliatelle Pasta - 14.1 oz
- Fennel - 1 piece
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Roasted Peanuts - 2 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 bunch
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Carrot - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the noodles in salted water.
Step 2
Finely chop the fennel and carrot, and sauté for 10 minutes in olive oil. Add the crushed garlic. Season with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
Step 3
Chop the onion and sauté it in butter. Dilute with lemon juice.
Step 4
Pour in the milk and bring the dish to a boil. Grate the cheese finely and melt it into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the noodles with the vegetables, sauce, nuts, and basil leaves.
