Description
Colored pasta can be made from almost any type of pasta. Natural ingredients are used for coloring, such as spinach for green, tomatoes for red, pumpkin and carrots for orange, and beets for pink. The resulting color does not affect the cooking method of the pasta.
Ingredients
- Asparagus - 5.3 oz
- Canned Mackerel in Oil - 1 can
- Goat cheese - 1.8 oz
- Dried Rosemary - 0.4 oz
- Pesto - 1.1 oz
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta.
Step 2
Boil the asparagus.
Step 3
Sauté the tuna.
Step 4
Add the boiled asparagus to the pan with the tuna.
Step 5
Sauté on low heat for one minute.
Step 6
Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the tuna and asparagus. Sauté for one minute on low heat.
Step 7
Cut the goat cheese into cubes and add it to the pan.
Step 8
Season with oregano.
Step 9
Sauté everything together for another minute.
Step 10
Add the pesto (mix it in or serve it in a sauce dish as preferred).
