- Conchiglie Pasta - 7.1 oz
- Hot smoked pink salmon - 7.1 oz
- Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 5 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the conchiglie until cooked.
Step 2
Remove the bones from the salmon and cut it into pieces.
Step 3
Heat a skillet over high heat, pour in the vegetable oil, and add the fish.
Step 4
Sauté for 2 minutes (strictly), this is enough for doneness, and the fish will be very tender and not dry.
Step 5
Turn off the heat, pour in the milk, and add the cheese, which should melt, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep for 1 minute and remove from heat.
Step 6
Add the conchiglie to the resulting sauce and mix.
