Description
This sauce pairs perfectly with roasted chicken, spicy baked meat, or fried pork. The ingredient quantities are for 1 liter.

- Orange juice concentrate - 24 fl oz
- Orange zest - 2 pieces
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 fl oz
- Honey - 6 oz
- Minced garlic - 1.1 oz
- Wasabi - 0.5 oz
- Corn Starch - 1.8 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1.8 oz
- Chili Flakes - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Juice the oranges, pour into a saucepan, add the orange zest, minced garlic, chili flakes, and honey.
Step 2
Heat gently, but do not boil.
Step 3
Remove from heat and strain.
Step 4
Add sliced fresh chili (red and green) without seeds.
Step 5
Add the prepared wasabi paste, stir, return to heat, and thicken with cornstarch mixed with cold water.
