Ingredients
- Cilantro - 3 bunches
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Scallions - to taste
- Sweet Corn Sticks - 4.6 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Lime Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk together the flour and egg, then add the chopped green onion, corn, finely chopped chili pepper, and cilantro. Mix well, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Cut the avocado and add it to the mixture along with the lime juice (or lemon juice). Gently mix.
Step 3
In a heated skillet with oil, spoon the batter, shaping it into round fritters.
Step 4
Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Carefully flip the fritters with a spatula and fry on the other side. Serve immediately!
