- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Canned Corn - 1 can
- Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Corn Flour for Polenta - 4 tablespoons
- Hard Cheese - 4.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes in half, then scoop out the seeds and dice them. Prepare the corn. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix the corn and tomatoes, then add the curry powder. Add the flour and cheese. Then mix the resulting mixture.
Step 2
Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper, and mix well. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and place the mixture in it.
Step 3
Bake for about half an hour at 160–338°F. The casserole should become golden and firm. Let it cool, remove from the dish, and serve.
