- Marinated cherries - 14.1 oz
- Sweet Corn Sticks - 19.4 oz
- Celery stalk - 4 pieces
- Arugula - 2.5 oz
- Spanish onions - ½ head
- Olive Oil - 0.3 cup
- Blue Cheese - 3.9 oz
- Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the corn kernels, halved cherry tomatoes, finely chopped celery, finely chopped onion, and arugula.
Step 2
In a small bowl, pour in the vinegar and slowly whisk in the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add 75 g of crumbled blue cheese. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and serve.
