- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Chicken Egg - ½ piece
- Parsley - 0.2 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 0.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the corn in a pot, pour in the milk, and evaporate it. Then add the semolina, 5 g of butter, and simmer for 5–10 minutes. After that, remove from heat, mix with the egg, sugar, and chopped parsley, form into 3 fritters, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry.
Step 2
When serving, drizzle with butter and serve sour cream on the side.
