- Goat cheese - 5.3 oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 bunch
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Red Wine Vinegar - 2 tablespoons

Step 1
In a preheated skillet over medium heat, sauté the finely chopped onion in olive oil. Add the corn and sauté, stirring.
