- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Champignons - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Mushroom seasoning - 12 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste

Wash the carrot, peel it, and cut it into strips.

Peel the onion, wash it, and cut it into half-rings.
Step 3
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into strips.
Step 4
Sauté the prepared ingredients in melted butter, add 100 ml of mushroom broth, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Then add the washed cornmeal, salt, pepper, pour in the remaining broth, and cook for 25 minutes.
Step 6
Let the porridge steam for 30 minutes, then mound it on a plate and serve.
