- Coarse Cornmeal - 10.6 oz
- Cauliflower - 3.5 oz
- Chinese green beans - 3.5 oz
- Green Peas - 3.5 oz
- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Ghee - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken Broth - 10 fl oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 0.3 teaspoons
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice - ¼ piece
- Turmeric - to taste
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Parsley - to taste
- Dill - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Divide the cauliflower into florets and wash them.
Step 2
Wash the carrot, peel it, and slice it into rounds.
Step 3
Wash the green beans and cut them.
Step 4
Wash the pepper, peel it, and finely chop it.
Step 5
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
Step 6
Wash the parsley and dill, and chop them finely.
Step 7
Melt the ghee in a saucepan. Sauté the pepper, turmeric, and ginger in it.
Step 8
Add all the vegetables except the tomatoes and sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Add the rinsed cornmeal to the vegetables, stir, and pour in the broth.
Step 10
Add the tomatoes and bay leaves, stir again, and bring to a boil.
Step 11
Simmer on low heat until cooked.
Step 12
Serve, seasoning with salt and garnishing with chopped dill, parsley, and green peas.
