- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Apple - 3 pieces
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Wash the carrots, peel, and cut into strips.
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash, and cut into half rings.
Step 3
Rinse the fish and cut into portion-sized pieces.
Step 4
Wash the apples, remove the core, and cut each into four parts.
Step 5
Sauté the carrots and onion in 1 tablespoon of oil.
Step 6
Sprinkle the fish fillet with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Heat the remaining oil in a deep skillet, add the rinsed corn grits and tomato paste.
Step 8
Pour water into the skillet and bring it to a boil.
Step 9
Then add the fish and apples and cook until done.
