  • Corn Cobs - 4 pieces
  • Turnips - 6 pieces
  • Habanero Pepper - 1 piece
  • Lime Juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Coarse Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In boiling salted water, cook the corn cobs until tender, about 8–12 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly. Then, carefully cut the kernels off with a sharp knife and transfer to a bowl.

Step 2

Add the sliced radishes, finely chopped jalapeño, lime juice, and olive oil. Season with salt and mix well.
