Ingredients

  • Apple Cider Vinegar - ¾ cup
  • Brown Sugar - 0.3 cup
  • Corn Starch - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
  • Mustard Greens - ½ teaspoon
  • Blanched frozen corn - 21.2 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - ¼ piece
  • Onion - 2.1 oz
  • Pimento - 1.8 oz
  • Habanero Pepper - 1 piece
  • Celery salt - ¼ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Combine vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, pepper, mustard seeds, and celery seeds in a saucepan. Mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 3

Remove from heat.

Step 4

Add corn, green pepper, onion, pimiento, and jalapeño.

Step 5

Let it sit until cooled.

Step 6

Store in the refrigerator, covered, until ready to serve.
