- Water - 18 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Coarse Cornmeal - 4.2 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Sausages - 14.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
To prepare the porridge, bring 540 ml of salted water to a boil, then slowly stir in the cornmeal, bring to a boil again, and reduce the heat. Stir in the oil and cook for about 4 more minutes, then pour in the milk. Leave on low heat for 30 minutes.
Step 2
While the porridge is cooking, prepare scrambled eggs. To do this, place a skillet over medium heat. In a separate bowl, mix 2 eggs, salt, pepper, water, and sour cream. Melt the oil in the skillet, pour in the mixture, and cook, stirring with a wooden spatula.
Step 3
As the final step, sauté the sliced sausages in a separate skillet.
Step 4
To serve, take a large wide glass (like for a latte, for example), fill it 2/3 full with porridge, layer the sausages on top, and finish with the scrambled eggs. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
